Role: Product Manager / User Researcher / Graphic Designer
24/7 Teach saw new opportunities in developing their career coaching services for users in order to help them succeed in their career. As a Project manager I co-led a team to create a product page for 24/7 Teach. This involved delegating tasks, create task-based schedules, being heavily involved in each phase of the project, and making final decisions for the project.
TightKnit - Friend Planning App
Role: Project Lead/ User Researcher / UX Designer
An app that targets existing friendships and how they can work on spending more time together by using a platform that allows them to see a feed of activities that friends are planning on doing. As a Project Lead, I was in charge of the direction of our project along with discovering the need of the users within an already saturated market for Friendship making apps.
Mike’s Car Clinic Website Redesign
Role: Client Relations / UX Designer / User Researcher
Modern refresh of Mike’s Car Clinic where my team worked together with the owner of this business to make a redesign on Figma! Gained experience working with a real-world client and considering their needs on top of user needs. Took ownership on a lot of phases of the project when teammates weren’t readily available due to unforeseen circumstances.
